A post!

Here are a few things I have been meaning to upload:

1: Weekly Reader's READ magazine- my sister and I joined forces to create illustrations for The Last Leaf and Fielder's Choice. our work appeared in 2 issues ( Dec 2010 and Feb 2011... I think)
2: fashion illustration compilation. I did this when I was in school but it popped up recently while going through some stuff.
3: coffee shop sketch of Hannah who (a talented member of our drawing session in Peekskill)

costume sketches

I went to the Museum of the Moving Image in Astoria the other day. I looked at the costume sketches and was like "I could totally do that!" These are all based on other people's croquis because the info at the museum said that generally the "costume sketch artist" does not do the design but rather interprets ideas from the costume designer. I think I'll do more of these... I actually have a bunch of little kid ones i did for work (from my own designs) that I never brought to a finish. Maybe they'll be next!

These are from italy, except the one on brown paper which was from a picture I took in brussels last year. That is also the only one I didn't do on site. hope you all enjoy!
